Site blueprints for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally contained in this latest photograph release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend identifying various parts of the property.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, featuring plans for marina coverings.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the current investigative release.
